| 摘 要： | 应用型文科专业实践教学质量保障与监控体系涉及到学校的各个部门、各个工作环节，其构成包括控制要素，质量标准要素，统计、测量与评价要素，组织要素和保障要素五大要素系统；其运行包括目标的确定、主要教学环节质量标准的建立、统计与测量（即教学工作过程中信息的搜集整理与分析）、评价、反馈、调控等六个工作环节，形成一个闭合的循环系统来实现教育产品对社会大系统的功能推动作用。

| Abstract: | Tire quality assurance and monitoring system of practical teaching in Apphed Liberal Arts Specialty is concerned about every department in the school and every working links. It is composed of such elements as monitoring, quality standards, gathering statistics, measuring and estimating, arrangement, and assurance. Its operation involves making definite target, building up quality ,standards in the teaching, compiling statistics and meassunring （collecting, arranging and analyzing information in the course of teaching）, estimating, feedback and controlling. Thus fire above elements come into being a closed circulatory system so as to realize the functional impetus to social system on which the teaching-products imposes. |
