Exploration on Establishing New Mechanism in the College Library Management

The paper deals with the incentive mechanism which should used by library management and discusses how to establish the incentive mechanism from four sides： establishing the idea ＂human-oriented＂, sitting up efficient assessment mechanism, correctly mas- tering the incentive opportunity and establishing reasonable encouragement mechanism. These ideas are the humanizing administration methods, with long effective influence, can exploit the librarian＇s potentials and arouse their working enthusiasm.
