我国企业诚信缺失的经济体制根源及对策

目前我国企业经营诚信状况不佳。企业经营不讲诚信，与市场经济体制不健全直接相关。产权制度的缺陷、信息的不对称、信用中介服务的落后、信用监督机制的不健全等直接影响着企业诚信的缺失。所以，加快产权制度的改革、塑造信息对称的环境、推进中介服务的市场化、建立严格的违信惩罚制度等是构建企业诚信的根本途径。
