城市现代化:我国沿海大都市连绵带"继续城市化"的现实方位与未来路向

如同一部分地区先富起来带动其它地区共同富裕一样,城市现代化同样需要“先行”和“带动”。我国对经济全球化的最积极的反应这一就是将由南至北一字排开的珠江三角洲,长江三角洲,京津唐大都市连绵带作为实现城市现代化的“第一方阵”,文章从三个方面加以论证和运:1,产业结构调整和优化向“倒金字塔”转型;2、用信息技术全方位武装首位城市。3,牢牢把握市场创新这一中心环节。

Urban Modernization:Status Quo and Prospect of "Sustainable Urbanization" for the Coastal Metropolitan Continuous Zone in China

Just as some developed regions can bring other less developed regions along onto the road of mutual prosperity, urban modernization requires "pioneers" and "promoters". As one of the most positive responses to the economic globalization, it is opined that the metropolitan continuous zone including the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtzi River Delta, Beijing, Shanghai and Tangshan be classified as the "first batch" of urban modernization in China. The process can be testified and handled in three aspects:the transition of industrial structure readjustment and optimization into an inverted pyramid form;cities of the first batch should be fitted with information technology in an all round way; and, priority should be given to the market innovation.
