| 摘 要： | 共产党成为我国的执政党,是历史的选择,人民的选择。执政党党员素质的提升,是时代的要求、人民的要求。新世纪新时期,面对世界复杂局势,特别是和谐社会建设要求我们全体共产党员必须充分认识到提升其素质的紧迫性和必要性,在实践中不断提升其政治理论素质、思想道德素质、知识能力与管理素质。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party as the ruling Party is the choice of the history and the people. Improving the quality of the ruling Party is the requirement of the times and the people. The construction of a harmonious society requires that Party members should be full aware of the urgency and necessity to enhance their quality of political theory, morality, knowledge and management ability to meet the challenge of the complicated world. |
