韩非子与文化虚无主义

韩非子一般被视为中国古代著名法家思想的代表人物，是集法、术、势为一身的集大成者。本文无意对韩非思想作全面的评述，仅就一端的考察认为：如果说韩非子自立一套体系，融三家为一，那他应该创造了不同于前三者的东西。事实上，韩非子到秦后，秦国已经非常昌盛，他的贡献是为秦国君主提供了一个统治术而已。正是这个起实际作用并影响历史的统治术让韩非子得名，也是韩非子思想当中极端具有破坏性之所在。他至少有两大过失：一是轻率吸收权术思想，抛弃了法家客观主义精神；二是延续法家极端的做法，进一步毁弃了三代文化传统．造成了中国历史上最大的一次文化荒漠，他极端的实用作风在今天仍然有触目惊心的启示作用。

Han Feizi and Cultural Nihilism

Han Feizi is generally regarded as a master of legalism. He merges law, Trickery, situation for the one, so is the combination of different opinions. However, this point is unreliable. If we can say Han Feizi created his own system to integrate three different points as one, he must have created something different from the first three. In fact, when Han Feizi arrived in Qin, Qin had been very prosperous, the contribution of Han Feizi to Qin Office is providing a monarchy trickery, which impacted our history and contributed to his fame. However, this is also where Han Feizi＇ s thought is extremely destructive. Accordingly, Han Feizi made at least two major mistakes. First, rashly absorbed trickery, abandon the objective spirit of legalism; Second, Continuing the extreme practice of legalism and further dismantling cultural traditions of the three dynasties, and resulting in China＇s biggest cultural desert in our history. Its extreme utilitarian still has shocking revelation to us.
