论儒家教育思想的精华与糟粕

摘    要:儒家教育思想中应该汲取的精华包括注重人的道德修养教育;教育过程重视人心疏导;教学经验与方法多种多样。在汲取儒家教育思想精华的同时,一定要注意剔除其糟粕:严格的等级制度,排斥竞争与挑战;"官本位"思想,缺乏民主的精神;远离自然科学,缺少独立思考精神;不尊重人性,缺少人文关怀的情感;市民文化薄弱,缺乏和谐中道思维。

Abstract:The essence of Confucius educational ideology includes emphases on developing the moral cultivation,persuasion of people's heart in the process of education,and the multiplicity of teaching experiences and approaches.Meanwhile,dross of Confucius educational ideology must be discarded.Examples are strict hierarchy,exclusion of competition and challenge,official standard system,lack of democracy spirit,rejection of natural science,lack of independence spirit,lack of respect for humanity and humanistic care,lack of citizen culture and harmonious balance thought.
