| 摘 要： | 欧美跨国公司萌芽于重商主义时期,其发展经历了工业化时期、战后发展时期,现在进入了全球化时期.不同时期的跨国公司的公司形态以及对世界经济的影响不同,这就决定了其承担社会责任的范围和方式也有所不同.通过对跨国公司在四个不同历史阶段承担社会责任的特点分析,发现其历史变迁的规律.

| Abstract: | European and American transnational corporations come of the period of Mercantilism and their development come through the period of Industrialization and Post-war period and nowadays enter into the period of globalization.Their patterns and impacts on world economy are different in different period,which decide that it's scope and manner of social responsibility is different.This thesis analyzes the characters of social responsibilities of transnational corporations at different historical stages,and find rules of historical transformation. |
