| 摘 要： | 吏治是历代统治者都十分重视的问题,但中国历代王朝吏治腐败现象一再出现,成为无法医治的毒瘤和痼疾。对清初吏治腐败的原因进行初步探讨,从而揭示了封建专制制度乃是吏治腐败的根本原因。此外,由于财政体制的不完善和时代的影响,最终导致了清朝吏治的日趋腐败。

| Abstract: | Bureaucracy was the problem that each dynasty attached importance to,but corruption appeared again and again,which had become incurable cancer and chronic illness.This thesis probes the reason of the corruption of the bureaucracy at the beginning of Qing dynasty,therefore reveals that the basic reason of the corruption of bureaucracy is feudalism.In addition,the incomleteness of financial system and the influences of the times also leads to corruption of the bureaucracy. |
