论人本原理与高校德育机制的创新

摘    要:人本原理是现代组织管理遵循的基本理论之一。新时期高校的德育工作也应该遵循“以人为本”这一现代德育观的基本原则,充分肯定学生在德育中的主体地位,使德育目标与学生全面发展相结合,运用“适应性育人”思路,研究学生的实际需求、动机和行为,从课堂教学、社会实践、校园文化建设和学生的日常管理等方面构建以促进学生全面发展为根本的高校德育工作新机制。

Abstract:The principle of humanism is the essential part followed by the modern organization management.In the new period,the moral education in college should also conform with the fundamental principle of humanism,which includes fully confirming the predominant role of the students in the moral education,combining the goal of moral education with the students' all-round development,adopting the thought of adaptive education and studying the students' actual needs,motivations and behaviors.In conclusion,the new mechanism of college moral education aimed at promoting students' all-round development through classroom teaching,social practice,campus culture construction and students' day-to-day management.
