| Abstract: | This paper is to share views with the experts, academics and teaching management staff by using practical literature method, inductive method, comparative law and theoretical analysis. The views are based on the latest contemporary Chinese, foreign-related theories and the actual situation of today＇s colleges and universities. The starting point is to improve the quality of English teaching for non- English majors. |
