| Abstract: | As the reform and opening to the outside world advances deeply,the case of our nation's labour dispute is increasing more and more correspondingly.And it is explosed obviously that the contradiction between the present need and the system dealing with our nation's labour dispute which was established on 80 of the 20th century.In a word,the system dealing with our nation's labour dispute in force carrys lots of shortage and must be improved. |
