| 摘 要： | 高职院校要办出高职特色，实现高职教育的培养目标，必须对高职人才培养模式及人才培养理论进行研究与改革，通过对高职人才培养模式的理论研究与人才培养理论的实践，构建符合高职教育发展的理论框架，为培养出适应21世纪的高职人才提供指导．这是当前高职教育改革的热点与难点。
