| 摘 要： | 20世纪50年代,Henri Tajfel提出了社会身份理论,从此引发了国内外从不同维度对身份问题的探讨。经过半个世纪发展,身份理论的发展日趋成熟,且有关身份问题的研究呈现出多学科发展趋势。本文拟从多维度视角分析身份建构的理论机制和本质内涵,以期引导人们关注身份建构由静态化向动态化转变、外在建构向自我建构转变的发展趋势,为人们的职业素养提升和自身专业发展提供理论与实践的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the 1950s,Henri Tajfel put forward Social Identity Theory which attributes to the fierce discussion about identity from multidimensional perspectives.Fifty years later,research about identity problems presents multidisciplinary trends.This article aims at analyzing the theoretical mechanisms and essential connotation of identity construction from multidimensional perspectives in order to guide people pay attention to the dynamic change and external construction of teachers＇ identity.Besides,it can provide the theoretical and practical guidance for teachers in the ascension of professional quality and self professional development. |
