高师中文教育面临的挑战及其对策

高师中文教育面临严峻挑战。首先是生源素质问题，与其他学科相比，中文系科师范生的素质问题最为严重，这是中小学语文应试教育种下的恶果；其次是高师中文教育内部的教育观念、管理体制(包括评价考核体系)、课程设置、师资力量和教师水平等存在的问题，也相当严重；第三是随着所谓的教育产业化和高等教育大众化等风潮，随着高等师范院校的合并、升级与扩招，其整体培养水平正在滑坡，问题极为严重。面对这种形势，本文认为首先要重树师范教育的精英性，控制师范教育的规模，强调师范教育的单一性，不要把师范大学办成综合性大学，真正保证师范教育的质量；其次，要切实进行高等师范院校的教育改革，抱着对中华民族的千秋伟业负责的态度，全面提升师范教育的水平；积极运用、充分发挥中文学科文学教育的优势，全面提升学生的人文素质，以形成高校与社会之间的良性互动，真正发挥其“师范”作用。

Challenges and Strategies as to the Chinese Education in Normal Colleges

The Chinese education in normal colleges confronts severe challenges: first, in comparison with other subjects, the qualities of the students are far from satisfaction, which can be traced back to the exam-oriented education in primary and middle schools; secondly, there is something wrong with the Chinese educational system in normal colleges; thirdly, with the amalgamation of colleges, the overall level of educational abilities in normal colleges gets down. To overcome these challenges, there are several strategies: first, we have to promote the elitism of normal colleges; secondly, we must carry out the educational reform to improve the educational level; thirdly, we can promote the positive interaction between colleges and society.
