| 摘 要： | 运用多层次组织行为问卷检验组织创新环境、产业环境与转型绩效之间的关系机制,研究结果表明,良好的创新环境和产业环境有利于组织转型绩效的实现,而内部创新系统和产业成长性是最重要的创新环境要素和产业环境要素.
