| Abstract: | Against the background that the range of the rise of prices is higher than the nominal interest rate, the negative interest rate has become a public concern. In the new round of inflation, the issue that the rise in the prices of the staple farm products does not belong to the problem of inflation must be probed and analyzed from the logical relationship of five aspects. |
