| 摘 要： | 通过对某服务外包型项目团队进行深度访谈与问卷调研，从该团队内部社会网络中成员（网络节点）间的认知、社会网络的联系方式以及社会网络结构等角度，对该项目团队内部社会网络对团队内部知识共享的影响进行探讨，并提出相应的优化建议。
