广东省科技服务业政策绩效评价的研究

根据相关的发展指标，构建科技服务业政策评价体系，并分别利用DEA 和计量分析方法，从生产效率和经济贡献两方面对广东省科技服务业政策绩效进行了评价。结果表明，广东省研发创新、成果推广与资金政策已经取得一定的成效，但仍需在人力、专利等政策上进一步改善。

Analysis on Policy of Science and Technology Service Enterprises in GuangdongProvince

According to related development index, this paper designs the policy evaluation system of scienceand technology service enterprise , and appraises the policy effect of science and technology service enterprise inGuangdong Province from productive efficiency and economic contribution. These results show that, the policies ofR&D and innovation, fruit spread and capital have taken some positive effect, but it is still to be further improvedthrough other polices such as manpower and patent policies.
