| 摘 要： | 书院是中国古代特有的教育组织形式，在中国传统教育的发展过程中占有举足轻重的地位。两宋时期的书院经历了一个由兴而衰、再由衰而兴的曲折复杂的过程。探讨这一过程。对两宋书院兴衰原因加以分析对比，对我国当前教育的发展仍具有重要的启示和借鉴作用。
