论高职"订单式"人才培养教学体系构建

构建“订单式”人才培养教学体系是解决当前高职院校“订单式”培养自发、盲目、形式单一等问题的前提。为此，应准确把握订单征集与签订的程序，科学制定人才培养方案，并保证计划、师资、教材、实践教学、跟踪管理等诸环节的落实，同时，进一步整合资源，调动企业积极参与，呼吁政府提供政策倾斜，突破“订单式”培养的局限。

Discussion on the Construction of "Ordering-form" Talents Cultivation Teaching System in Higher Vocational Education

The construction of "ordering-form" talents cultivation teaching system is the premise to solve the problem of spontaneity, blindness and singleness of "ordering-form" model in higher vocational schools. Therefore, higher vocational school should correctly grasp the procedure of collection and signing up of ordering form, scientifically formulate talents cultivation plan, and ensure the implementation of the steps of project, teaching staff, teaching materials, practice teaching and tracking management; at the same time, progressively integrate resources, motivate the positive participation of enterprise, appeal for the policy support of government to break through the limitation of "ordering-form" cultivation.
