从十年试点历程论我国高校培养高水平田径队的限度与对策

综合运用历史材料与分析比较等研究方法，从目前我国高校田径水平的整体性出发，对高校10年试点培养高水平田径队的水平状况进行了材料比较和定量分析研究。结果表明：我国高校96年田径整体水平仍处在偏低位置。我国高校田径队要在21世纪40年代初或末期代表国家走向世界困难不少，目前我国高校试点学校培养高水平田径队还受到极大制约，主要受到八个方面问题的影响：一是大学阶段与运动员入校前运动成绩的衔接问题，二是试点学校办队的指导思想问题，三是营造高校田径比赛的大空间环境问题，四是高校学制年限与训练年限的矛盾问题，五是重点项目的布置与待遇问题，六是田径运动队的后备力量培养问题，七是高水平田径运动队的教练问题，八是培养人才与输送人才的定位问题等等，并针对存在问题提出了一些建设性意见。

LIMITS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN TRAINING HIGH - LEVEL TRACK AND FIELD TEAMS OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN OUR COUNTRY CONCLUDED FROM THE TEN-YEAR' S EXPERIMENTS

The author of this paper contrasts by quantitative analysis the historical materials of the ten - year's experimental training of track and field teams in our colleges and universities and finds that the general performance of college track and field teams was still in a low level in 1996. Therefore, it is still difficult for them to go to the world in representative of our country in early or late 40's of the 21st century. At present, there exist many limits in high - level track and field teams' training in experimental oolleges and universities They are as follows: 1) coherence of the athleters' period before and after entering colleges; 2) the guiding ideology in teams' training; 3) the problerm of creating a large space environment for colleges and universities track and field competition; 4) contradictions between peried of schooling and that of training; 5) the disposition and treatment of key events; 6) the training of reserve force; 7) the issues of high - level coaches; 8) orientation of talented persons, etc. The author presents some constructive ideas on the above existing problems.
