推动两岸中小企业的交流与合作

两岸中小企业的交流与合作是指中国大陆的中小企业与台湾的中小企业为了实现资源共享、优势互补、风险共担等特定目标而建立的超越正常市场交易又没达到一体化程度的经济交往，主要包括技术合作、资金合作、信息交流、人才交流等在内的密切关系。作者首先论述两岸中小企业交流与合作的形式与特点，在对两岸中小企业发展状况进行SWOT分析的基础上，提出进一步推动两岸中小企业交流与合作的对策建议。

Driving the Exchange And Cooperation of Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises By the Two Sides of Taiwan Strait

The exchange and cooperation of medium and small-sized enterprises by the two sides of Taiwan Strait refer to a kind of economic communication between the medium and small-sized enterprises in Chinese mainland and Taiwan, which is over-normal in market exchange but not up to the point of integration, on the grounds of sharing resource and risks, having complementary advantage and so on including technology and fund cooperation, information and talents exchange, etc. This paper focuses on the form and characteristics of the companies by the two sides of Taiwan Strait firstly, and then proposes some suggestions and countermeasures for exchange and cooperation between these enterprises based on the analyzing SWOT of both.
