| 摘 要： | 管理会计与财务管理是会计专业两门主要的必修课程，但课程内容重叠交叉部分较多，既浪费宝贵教学资源，且影响学生学习积极性。针对高职会计专业开设的管理会计与财务管理课程教学内容及衔接中存在的问题，结合教学改革实践，提出优化这两门课程教学内容的一些建议，以及对重叠内容的解决办法，以期为优化该类专业课程教学提供参考。
