| 摘 要： | 旋压成形是一种利用旋压工具,对装夹于旋压机上的旋转坯料施加压力,使之产生塑性变形,从而成为所需空心回转体零件的工艺方法.用于旋压的模具简单,对一般机加工设备稍加改造可生产,可提高永磁电机中永磁体的防护零件的生产效率,节约材料.

| Abstract: | Spinning forming is a process, which brings pressure on the spinning blanks clamped on the mold - core of the spinning equipment, makes blanks deform plastically and obtains axis symmetry hollow parts. Spinning mold structure is simply, and the spinning formed parts can be made with common machining equipments that are reconstructed simply. It can not only improve produce efficiency of part to protect magnetic substance of magnetic motor but also save material of parts. |
