| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了博弈论基本概念，原理及其在招投标中的应用，对政府投资工程用博弈模型进行均衡分析，提出公开招标方式是政府投资工程最佳决策，作为投标企业利用博弈模型进行均衡分析，不断调整自己对策，以获得个人最大收益而作出正确决策。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the basic concepts and priciples of game theory and It's application in the inviting and submtting tenders.With the mode of game Theory it put up a balanced analysis on the government's investing in project.The author pointed out that open inviting tender is the best policy decision that the government will invest in project;an enterprise submitting tender only uses the model of game theory to proportionally analyse the conditions, then can make correct decision. |
