| 摘 要： | 21世纪的多元文化趋势中的大学生思想，既有一定的时代特征又有着显著的个性化趋向。面对日益发展变化了的主客观条件，要想实现思想政治教育内容的完整交流，达到最佳的传播效果，变革传统的思想教育理念与优化思想政治教育的传播方式显得更加紧迫。文章从传播学的视角着重对思想政治教育的传播主体、传播技巧和传播效果等进行具体分析，力求建立一种理性、科学的传播方式，以实现思想政治教育的传播效果优化。

| Abstract: | In the multicultural trend in 21~(st) century,the college students' thought has certain time feature and obvious individual trend.Facing the subjective and objective conditions changing every day,it is more urgent to reform traditional ideology and politics philosophy and optimize the communicative ways to realize the complete communication with perfect effect.With the analysis of the communicative main body,skill and effect from the view of communication to build up a rational,scientific way,it is expected to optimize a better effect. |
