| 摘 要： | 知识管理能力是现代图书馆的核心竞争力。文章界定图书馆知识管理能力的内涵，探讨其分析的理论依据，提出图书馆知识管理流程，并在此基础上对图书馆知识管理能力从构成要素与影响因素两个方面进行分析，力求为图书馆进行知识管理能力研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management capability is the core competitive power of modern library.In this paper,the connotation of the library knowledge management capability is defined,the theoretical basis for its analysis is discussed,and the library knowledge management process is proposed.On this basis,the library knowledge management capability is analyzed from the aspects of its constituent elements and influence factors.The library may use this for reference in studying knowledge management capability. |
