| 摘 要： | 从上海信息服务业发展的现状出发，指出产业发展的特点及面临的挑战和不足，发现上海信息服务业发展的传统优势已不再明显，存在产业收入增速放缓、创新能力不强、对人才吸引力下降、产业与城市发展结合不紧密等突出问题，进而就改善产业、发展环境、优化产业结构、理顺政府职能、完善人才体系等提出了对策建议。
