摘    要:目前,我国高职院校大多是从过去的中专学校合并升格而来的,原来的“物本管理”模式在现在的管理者大脑中还根深蒂固,未真正脱胎换骨,已不能完全适应形势的快速发展,因此,本文提出要坚持“人本管理”,把握人的心理规律,以关心人、尊重人、激励人的柔性管理为出发点,改进人际关系,激发人的积极性、主观能动性,从而提高劳动效率和管理效率.

Abstract:At Present,most of the technical colleges in our country are promoted and combined form some secondary technical schools,of which the management model has deeply rooted in the leaders minds,but cannot fit the rapid developing situations very well.This article puts forward the human based tender management,that's to say,to understand human's psychological law,to show care.concern and respect to people and to encourage people to become more active and autonomous so as to improve the communicating relationship and the working and management efficiency.
