江西高校高水平排球运动队存在问题及对策

为了分析江西省高校高水平排球运动队所存在问题,有针对性地提出解决问题的对策,促进江西省高校高水平排球运动队的发展。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对江西省普通高校高水平排球队的现状进行了全面的调查和深入分析。结果显示:江西省高校高水平运动队招生政策和渠道需要改进;训练方法缺乏科学性;医务监督力度不够;没能发挥高校的资源优势;运动员学习与训练的矛盾没有得到很好的解决,竞赛机会少。

An Analysis of the Present Status and Countermeasures for the High-leveled Volleyball Teams from Colleges and Universities in Jiangxi Province

By a thorough and detailed investigation into the present status of the volleyball teams of higher learning in Jiangxi province,the author gives several countermeasures to solve the problems,and hope to provide suggestions for the development of high-leveled volleyball teams from colleges and universities in Jiangxi province.This paper mainly adopts research approaches such as documents and materials,investigation method of the questionnaire,statistic law of mathematics and physics to find the status.The results indicate that there are a number of problems for these sports teams,such as the policy and means of enrollment should be reformed;the training method should be reformed;there is less medical supervising;there is little cooperation with other academies and research institutions;there are also contradictions between study and training for team members;and the team players have few chances for contests.
