| Abstract: | Culturing young teacher is an important task,and accelerating culturing step is more urgent and has more realistic significance.In this paper,we introduce a series of successful experience in accelerating the culturing step of young teacher and actuating they grow healthily in the school of science in Henan University of Science and Technology,and discuss them theoretically. |
