| 摘 要： | 以酸角果荚为原料，用碱液提取天然棕色素，并对所提取的色素进行初步理化性质研究．实验结果表明：该色素在弱酸、中性、弱碱性条件下均稳定，对光、热稳定性好，对大部分金属离子稳定，是一种应用范围较广的天然色素，也为酸角的利用提供了一条新的途径．

| Abstract: | The brown pigment was extracted from Tamarindus indica L.shells,and its characteristic was studied.The results show that the pigment has a good stability to light and heat in weak acid solution,weak basic solution and to most metal ion.So the pigment from Tamarindus indica L.shells might be used as a good addition. |
