酸角果荚色素的提取及性能初探

摘    要:以酸角果荚为原料,用碱液提取天然棕色素,并对所提取的色素进行初步理化性质研究.实验结果表明:该色素在弱酸、中性、弱碱性条件下均稳定,对光、热稳定性好,对大部分金属离子稳定,是一种应用范围较广的天然色素,也为酸角的利用提供了一条新的途径.

Abstract:The brown pigment was extracted from Tamarindus indica L.shells,and its characteristic was studied.The results show that the pigment has a good stability to light and heat in weak acid solution,weak basic solution and to most metal ion.So the pigment from Tamarindus indica L.shells might be used as a good addition.
