| Abstract: | Myth - archetype criticism has developed a new focus and a broader perspective in literature study. LE ROUGE ET LE NOIR is a famous novel wrote by Stendhal. This paper is an attempt to use the forementioned critic method to understand the real and deep meaning of the novel:including it's images,characters and it s structure.That is to say,this is an attempt of archetypal reading. |
