| Abstract: | In light of the concept of system engineering, this paper establishes an evaluation model on the social problems resulting from the reservoir migrants in G Province. By means of this model, a comprehensive, quantitative evaiuation is made on the three options for the stepping development of the river in G Province, thus providing a reliable decision basis for the policy-makers. |
