| Abstract: | To reinforce the ruling power of the Communist Party is one of the basic principles of Marxism. It resulted from profotmd conclusions of historic experiences revealed by the Communist Party in Soviet Union and some other East European countries and gained by CPC since it came to power over 50 years ago. To meet the urgent need of and ensure the continuous growth of Chinese-featured socialism, CPC has to enhance its ability to govern the country in order to cope with complicated situations domestically and internationally and lead all its nationalities to make an all-round construction of a better-off society. |
