熔覆处理高铬高锰耐磨钢板的微观组织分析

摘    要:文章选取对基材45#钢进行粉末电弧熔覆处理后获得耐磨钢板,研究其成分和微观组织特点,分析结合层的特性。结果表明:熔覆区为细小的树枝晶,组织均匀致密,并有硬质点弥散分布。冶金结合使得表面层具有高硬度和耐磨性,同时内部具有良好的耐冲击性能。

Abstract:The paper expounds the wear resistant steel plate made from 45# steel treated by electric arc cladding with chrome-manganese powder,studies its composition and microstructure,and analyses the performance of bonding layer.The result shows that,there are exiguous dendrites and dispersion by hard spots,and the morphology is compact in the cladding zone.The metallurgical bonding has been confirmed to achieve both high hardness and wear-resistance for the surface layer and high internal toughness.
