摘    要:磷酸原供能系统是100 m跑的生化基础,糖酵解供能系统是400 m跑的生化基础.短跑训练必须发展这两个系统的供能能力和耐受乳酸能力,发展绝对速度和速度耐力.

Abstract:The energy-providing system of orthophosphoric acid is the biochemical fundation for 100-metre-dash, while the energy-providing system of anaerobic glycolysis is the biochemical fundation for 400-metre-dash. The capabilities of supplying energy and enduring lactic acid must be developed during dash training, and the absolute speed as well as the endurance of speed should also be increased.
