依靠职工群众办企业是搞好企业的重要保证

本文以党的十五届四中全会为指针，从多角度探索如何依靠群众办企业，提高企业的发展后劲。指出，只有团结依靠群众，才能使企业不断发展壮大；在市场经济条件下，搞好企业更要团结依靠职工群众；依靠职工群众办企业的关键在于提高干部的自身素质。

Relying on Staff Members and Workers is An Important Guarantee for Invigorating an Enterprise

With the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central Committee of the CPC as the guidance, an investigation is made from multiple aspects into the way to increase the potential for further development of an enterprise by relying on its staff and workers. It points out that only by relying on and unifying staff members and workers, can an enterprise be able to grow incessantly in scale, particularly, under the condition of a market economy. The key in this respect lies in the improvement of quality of cadres.
