| Abstract: | With the rapid development of science and technology, emerging technologies have mushroomed up gradually. How to choose these emerging technologies with significant commercial potential to carry on the prioritize development and policy support, can be able to bring out huge commercial profit and social efficiency. This paper gives a detailed discussion on the meaning and features of emerging technology, and proposes the research on the evaluation method based on the commercial potential component. The aim of this paper is to offer an orientation and laid the foundation for the further research. |
