| Abstract: | The paper analyses the internal relations between the construction of spiritual civilization in institutions higher learning and the construction of the party,ideological and poli- tical work and teaching and science research.It puts forward that the construction of spiritual civilization in institute of hig- her learning should be based on the principle of the overall situation and adhering to unity. |
