| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展是人类对自身发展的最高追求。人的全面发展是历史的概念,与社会发展是一致的。社会分工使工人片面发展,但现代大工业生产要求劳动者的全面发展,并为之创造了条件。新的科学技术革命对人的发展提出了新的要求。终身学习是人的全面发展的主要途径。
