| 摘 要： | 随着广西基础教育的快速发展,全区民族乡村女教师队伍规模在不断壮大,整体素质明显提升.但是传统文化的式微、去性别化的制度安排以及身份焦虑、职业生涯阻隔等因素,也在阻碍着乡村女教师队伍的发展.
