员工离职密度与职业成长相关性实证研究

摘    要:根据以往学者对离职与职业成长问题的研究成果,运用实证研究方法,通过对兰州、上海和深圳6家企业中300名至少有过一次离职经历的员工进行问卷调查和数据收集,分析了员工离职密度变化与职业成长中四个维度:职位晋升、薪酬变化、职业进展、职业技能提高的相关关系。研究表明,职业成长会随着离职密度的上升得到提高,在0.221~0.320这个密度范围内达到最高点后开始呈下降趋势。换算为年的研究结论是:员工在一个岗位任职3.125~4.525年后跳槽,能够较好地促进职业成长。

Abstract:This paper emploed the relationship between four dimensions of career growth and turnover density.300 employees from six companies were investigated and these employees had once experience or more of turnover.The result showed that people's career would get growth with the rise of leaving density and in the section of 0.221——0.320 it got the highest level,then the curve showed a decreasing tendency.Overaul,it is better for employees to promote career growth after staying in a position for 3.125 to 4.525years.
