关于"名从主人"的再讨论

“名从主人”原则在世俗现实中因使用的领域不同而表现为三种情形：一、音形皆从主人,二、音从主人、音随客便。这三种现象都有其存在的理据,且大多数能被人们接受。因此本认为,对具有特殊读音的姓氏、地名用字的审音,应该多考虑其“俗实”中的“形从主人,音随客便”现象以定取舍。

A Discussion about Adaptation to Original Names

The principle of "Adaptation to Original Names" Consists of three aspects in accordance to its application in different fields of our daily life :(1)Adaptation both in sounds and in forms;(2)adaptation in sounds with forms adaptable to the sound;(3)Adaptation in forms with sounds adaptable to the target names. The three aspects are widely acceptable, for there exist some motivations for those aspects. This paper holds that the principle of "Adaptation in forms with sound adaptable to the target" should be followed and the social reality should be taken into consideration when we choose the words for the names with particular sounds.
