摘    要:文章直面钱学森之问:为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才?并结合李约瑟难题,对当代中国教育予以深邃思考研讨,追寻钱学森、王之卓等大科学家成才之路,针对科教兴国战略、人才强国战略和中国未来中长期教育改革,提出管见。

Abstract:" Why can't we cultivate top-notch talent?" In this article, the present authors confront this question proposed by Qian Xuesen, take into consideration the Needham Paradox, and provide deeper insights into the education in modem China. Views are presented from the aspects of the strategy of invigorating China through science and education, the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, and the National medium and long - term education reform by pursuing the great scientists'roads to success, such as Qian Xuesen's, Wang Zhizhuo's, etc.
