| 摘 要： | 世界上的政党,从形成之日起,毫无例外地都有自己的价值观.政党形成之后,又会极力维护并随着社会环境的变化不断调整自己的价值观.政党价值观的形成和发展受诸多因素的影响,主要包括社会历史条件、政党的阶级基础、政党体制、政党领袖、传播媒介和传播体制等.
