| 摘 要： | 法制社会的不断发展,人们的维权意识也在不断提高,高校学术期刊非独立法人出版单位的属性,导致其在网络化出版过程中会遇到相比传统期刊更多的知识产权问题。在探讨了网络化高校学术期刊的知识产权内涵的基础上,分析当前网络化的高校学术期刊主要享有的知识产权及其行使权利过程中的注意事项,进而提出针对性的应对措施。

| Abstract: | The continuous development of society based on the rule,people’s awareness is constantly improving,non-independent legal personality of college academic journals Publisher properties,which leads to their encounter in networked publishing process compared with traditional journals more intellectual property issues.Explores networked connotation of intellectual property rights on the basis of college academic journals,analysis of the current network of academic periodical intellectual property rights and their exercise of the rights enjoyed by the main considerations in the process,and to make recommendations targeted responses. |
