“屋事”生非——兼谈《蜗居》与《交换》的对比研究

《蜗居》是我国最近热播的多集电视剧,《交换》则是苏联著名作家尤？特里丰诺夫写于20世纪60年代末期的别具特色的城市小说。出自不同的国度,前后相差近四十年的两部作品却有着惊人的神似：它们不约而同地涉及了大都市的住房问题,并围绕着＂屋事＂展现各自时代知识男女的生活情状和命运。从中我们可以窥见,作为一个有良知的作家关注人的现实存在以及为其现实存在构建精神家园的高度自觉和社会责任感。

A Comparative Study of Small Flat and Exchange

Small Flat is one of the hottest TV series played on in China recently.Exchange is a distinctive urban fiction written by a famous writer of the Soviet Union,Trifonove in the late 1960s.Although two masterpieces are from different countries and there is a period of about 40 years between them,they are miraculously similar in certain ways.Both of them happened to reveal the housing problems in urban areas and exhibited the living and destiny of the intellectuals of their times.From the two pieces,we can feel the strong consciousness and social responsibility of the outstanding writers who pay much attention to the reality of human existence and intend to build up the spiritual homeland for them.
